This man is a very hard worker and a kind man. But, i'm not 100% happy with the way the corners meet around the door outside. Perhaps someone else can look at it.

Since receiving this report card, the customer had called the office. We sent an installer back out to look at the trim. A piece of trim was replaced and covered under warranty.
