Generally pleased with your service. However, when I called for service I think it would have been nice to do some basic troubleshooting over the telephone. It turns out the electric eye was misaligned and a diagnostic was shown on the opener. I was never informed of this when the door opener was installed in 2012. The service call was unnecessary. But, the Technician was very polite and helpful

Gary was fantastic. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He could have said I needed a new door, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead, he said, "I think I can fix this." In 15 minutes he had the door repaired and saved me hundreds of dollars. His honesty was refreshing. I would recommend Precision Door without hesitation and tell you to ask for Gary.
