I had occasion to use Precision to repair my garage door 2 years ago and was very impressed with their overall performance. I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful and the response time is spot on. I was fortunate to get Jim as my garage door technician the first time I used Precision and I was so impressed with his performance that I have requested him whenever I need service. Not only is he very knowledgable but he knows how to treat his customers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in the market for a new garage door or repairs.
