The technician arrived promptly assessed the problem and made the necessary repair promptly , asked if there were any other problems, replaced a non functioning light bulb , wished us a good day and left. The service was polite and curteous. I had selected your firm from the yellow pages but before I called I checked with a neighbor who had used Precision and recommended you also, which confirmed my choice of your firm to do the repair.

I called Monday AM for service they were here by 2:00 Examined my old opener diagosned the problem ( electrical board shot and recommened my options. I decided to replace the opener with a new belt drive on Damiens recommendations and they replaced it in less than an hour Very professional friendly and courteous. would rate everything about the job a 5 from the girl who answered my call to the end of the job GREAT

Steve: Just a quick note why I gave a rating of 5 stars: 1) I was very impressed when I call initally to schedule service and it was after 5:00pm, I spoke to you the owner! This was great. 2) I used you company before on our other garage door and was very satisfied with the service. 3) Damien and the trainee were very professional, knew what they were doing and were great to work with. They showed up on time and initially call me to tell me the time they would be ariving. Their work centered around repairing my garage door. Since you are dealing in a very competitive environment in your business, many businesses should learn from Precision how to treat customers to become and develop long term relationships.
