I had a very smooth, and pleasant experience. When I called for service I was given a window between 2-5 of the same day ( I called @ 11:30 am.) The technician called me at 2 and said he would be here in 30 min. When he arrived at 2:30 &checked out the problem explain my options clearly along with prices, and said it would take an hour. One hour later I had a smooth quiet garage door

Precision is one of the best companies that I’ve ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. My garage door spring had broken the night before, and it made it impossible for me to get my car out of the garage. I called them first thing the next morning, and they scheduled me for that same day, in the afternoon. Soon, Brian Jr. arrived, and had just what was needed. He went to work right away, and in just a little over a half hour, had the spring replaced and the door back in operation. He is a true professional, and a really nice person. I feel extremely fortunate that I called Precision, and I would highly recommend them for any overhead garage door repair.

Brian is a pleasure to work with. He was so efficient and educational. We’ve had alot of work done to this 1948 yr old house and I can honestly say he was the best repairman. We now have 3 garage door openers for all our doors. Professional company. I only wish there were more than 5 stars.

I need work for my Liftmaster wall panel. During the inspection included with the call, it was brought to my attention that my rollers were in need of being replaced.
