Woke up to a broken torsion spring and couldn’t get my garage door open. Called Precision Garage Doors and they made a great effort to fit me into their schedule and replaced the spring and other old hardware by the middle of the day. Technician Bobby was terrific. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick service, appointment scheduled within a week, worker came on time after courtesy call saying he was on his way, was professional and courteous, explained everything clearly, replaced garage door motor with wiring within an hour, all for a reasonable price. Glad I used this service.

When our garage door opener stopped working with the track, we called Precision and got an appointment for the very next day. I had to call that morning because our power went out, and I was very pleased with how flexible the company was with delaying the appointment until later in the day. Our technician, Cody, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He helped us immediately and got the door back into shape in no time. It turns out it was something very minor, but he wasn't condescending about it at all and put our minds at ease. He also took the time to point out some other issues we were unaware of, and that we should keep our eyes on. Would 100% recommend!

Brian from Precision was excellent! He explained what needed to happen to get the safety eyes as well as the new motor installed. He also installed a new waterproof gasket at the bottom of the door. He then explained to me how this process worked and demonstrated for me how we could effectively use the door in multiple circumstances. Also, the receptionist answered, Danielle, was very precise and knowledgeable about services, and how much those services cost. I felt quite confident when Brian got here that things would move well and work beautifully. That’s exactly what happened. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door work.

I have used Precision for service calls for years and had them replace my garage door at my new home 7 years ago. I have continued to use them and they have always been responsive in emergency situations. Last night I was in a real pinch and called in am emergency service call. Steve showed up and i immediately remembered him because he was through and helpful years back on another service call. He is professional and communicative. As always he explained everything that needed to be done and took care of the issue at 100% last night. It was my past recollection of the service I received on my last visit that immediately drove me to the sticker on the wall when I was in a jam last night, and again they came through at 9 pm last night. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very smooth, and pleasant experience. When I called for service I was given a window between 2-5 of the same day ( I called @ 11:30 am.) The technician called me at 2 and said he would be here in 30 min. When he arrived at 2:30 &checked out the problem explain my options clearly along with prices, and said it would take an hour. One hour later I had a smooth quiet garage door

The tech who did our installation, Brian Ford, is the most professional, courteous and pleasant service provider I have ever worked with. From my initial meeting with him while he was working on my neighbors house, to the completion of our project, he was the best. He explained every option clearly, and made the new equipment learning process very easy. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing any type of garage door work.
