Steve came on time and solved the problem literally in a few seconds because nothing was wrong with my garage door opener system, but simply the trolley was released. He then inspected the whole system and the door, explaining several things to me. I could have easily saved the money of the service call, but it was my fault not to understand that nothing was wrong with my garage opener, and in the end it was a nice experience because Steve is very knowledgeable and super pleasant to speak with

First time using Precision and very pleased with the service we received. We were offered same day service by customer service - without having to ask! Steve arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with the opener quickly and offered the solution clearly with no misunderstanding. Repair was completed within an hour at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner at the completion of the job compared to when started. No cardboard, no screws, no metal left behind. Steve was a real pro. He even took the time the reprogram the phone app. I would use Precison again with no hesitation and I recommend Precision highly.

No mention of 10 yr warranty and actual warranty certificate with inclusive and exclusions to warranty. Please respond so we can finalize our decision. Please clarify 90d warranty on what? 1 yr warranty on what?

A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!
