Good same day response. Technician was professional. My main issue for the low rating is the ridiculously high pricing. Over 900.00 to rebuild a single garage door- springs, coils, pulleys, wheels, cables. Entire job took one hour.

I had Brian out today because my one garage door wasn’t closing unless I held the button down. The other door didn’t even open, and there was a gap on the bottom because it didn’t completely close. Brian told me what the problem was (something to do with the sensors, one of which I had knocked off???????). He was extremely nice and fixed the problem and oiled the rollers on one of the doors. He didn’t force any unnecessary fixes but did say that the one door will probably need to be overhauled in a few years. I would highly recommend Precision for any concerns you might have with your garage doors.

Steve was really honest with our repair issue and was able to fix our garage door. He was extremely concerned for our safety during his repairs and nicely asked us to leave the garage as he re-inspected his work so we would not be hurt should anything become amiss. They(Jim & Charles) did a great job today. I felt sorry for them cause they didn’t get to me until 5:30pm. It was a quick analysis. They had all the parts needed on their truck. They replaced the main spring and all ten rollers in less than 45-minutes.
