Precision was great getting me same day service for broken springs; Steve was great, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in completing the repair. Definitely would recommend this company; they call and update you with arrival times. Steve came back for a minor adjustment that was needed promptly.

Had an issue with my garage door first thing in the morning, called precision door, they showed up in the time window they promised, got their work done immediately, and then they were on their way. Tom Bird was tech on the job.He was very considerate and very profesional.Had a difficult job to do with the existing cheapo contraption that came with the door originally.Had to reconfigure the spring attachment but all turned out well.Added all new cables and rollers to complete the job and adjusted existing opener. Works great!
