I called Precision Door Service in the morning, they answered right away, and scheduled me for an appointment that very afternoon. Tom was my repairman and was super efficient and professional, but even more importantly, was really friendly and personable. I can't recommend this company enough!

Don was the technician who provided the repair to my garage door. He installed new springs, cable and pulleys. He was very knowledgeable and knew precisely how to go about completing the repair. He discussed with my all the steps in the process and was very respectful of my property. Thanks Don.

Precision was referred to me from someone who used them over 10 years ago. They were wry happy with them. Don came out for installation of 2 openers and with his help and experience it’s worth it for me to get new doors along with openers! So far I’m wry happy with them, hoping it continues after new work is done! I was able to get a package for a great price!!

I needed service on my garage doors and the technician was scheduled within a few hours of my call. Impressive! The service tech (I THINK his name was Steve), was not only professional and incredibly knowledgeable but he was also very polite. He exceeded all of my expectations! I felt like he really understood my issue and wanted to resolve it, not push some item on me he was trying to sell to make more money,, like so many other companies do! I also felt safe, as you can really feel uneasy about someone who’s working on your garage doors, having total access into your home. Trust is extremely important! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone I know who needs anything relating to garage doors. They were highly recommend to me and I now know why!

We had our garage doors installed in 2019, but last night one door had issues when opening/closing. I called this morning and they had a tech in the area who came less than 2 hours later. Tom Bird came, gave a very honest assessment of the issue, and was able to fix the issue within an hour. And he was able to recognize that we may have the same issue eventually with our other door, so he fixed that side as well. He did a fantastic, very professional job and was incredibly polite and helpful. Would highly recommend! Overall, we've been very happy with our garage doors.
