Our garage door broke on Christmas Eve. We called but expected them to say they would be there next week. They had it fixed on Christmas Eve and had it completed with in 1.5 hours. Thank you that was over and above customer service.

One of our garage door openers of 14 years did not function. I called Precision Garage Doors and C.J. came to our home within an hour. He installed a brand new garage door opener very quickly, showed us how to download the remote to my phone and synced it to my car. Just a great job. I couldn’t be happier. The only criticism I can make is they didn’t get the number off the motor for me. I had knee surgery so ladders are difficult at the moment. The guy’s were great in all else !
