Great removal and installation by Mike! The new doors and associated components are good quality at a reasonable price. Mike was professional, efficient, neat and thorough, all in spite of wind chill temps around 34 degrees F! We are very satisfied with your company, thanks.

My service technician Brian provided excellent service. He listened as I described the problem I had encountered but was no longer happening. Due to his thourougness, he did find and resolve the cause of the problem. If the Lyftmaster Motor is guaranteed for life, why wasn't my old motor , a lyftmaster, replaced. While the service was great, the price was too much. I felt that $1,391 dollars was an awful high amount to pay for a broken motor sprocket. Yes, $200.00 for 4 cast iron pulleys, $198.00 for two springs, new Keypad (my old keypad was not compatible, cost $99.00. Add a $99.00 safety cable, a $699.00 motor and insult me with a $25.00 charge for hardware and disposal. Very professional and a well done job, but this is the holiday season and listening to my whisper jet garage door open will not replace the smile on my family and friends faces the way gifts would. I wonder if they will publish this review. Merry Christmas!

I called for service at about 10:00 AM. By 1:30 PM the tech. was there. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 35 minutes. The work was doen cleanly and expertly. I am thouroughly satisfied !!

EXCELLENT customer service both on phone and in person. Arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. Cody could not have been nicer and informative as to what he had to do. Sirs: Hello. Brian did a great job to replace my old, worn-out springs, installed also new pulleys, and new rollers for one of my garage doors. The other door, Brian fixed a misplaced S-hook that I had done, my mistakenly displacing the wire cable and re-hooking up because of my storing things between the spring and cables and the wall. Great job, Brian. All, within 30 minutes, and I secured this afternoon appointment despite calling late this morning.

I have used Precision Garage Doors in the past, and chose them for a repair at a different house. Brian arrived even before the 4-hour window given, which was great. He explained what the problems were, and had them repaired in less than 1/2 hour. The door works great! Brian was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
