I called u guys cause my door broke this morning and my fiancé called me at 5am that it fell on the car. So while I was driving home to see the damage I seen ur truck in rt 70 and called you guys up. Precision were with us very quickly. Brian was the Technician. The service was quick, precise and courteous. Brian explained what the issue was and how long it would take to fix, and that's exactly what happened. They turned up when they said they would, and fixed the door perfectly. I called Precision Door this morning around 9 - it was around 9 degrees .... mainly to make an appointment for a repair. But I was pleasantly surprised to have someone at my home by the way 11:30! I did feel bad since it was so cold but “Jim” figured out what was the problem and replaced a cable. He was extremely pleasant and I told him I felt bad since the temp was crazy. He just smiled and said “that’s okay, that’s what we do!” So thank you Jim and Precision Door for getting my garage door operating correctly so fast! Very much appreciated.
