Service was great, he found when installed, the previous technicians put the rails too close. We thought we were losing our mind. Everything as adjusted and lubricated. The Technician the just serviced the door was amazing. You guys as a whole are amazing, one of the reasons we purchased through you.

Precision was so easy to call and schedule an appointment. Our Technician Joe Yazal called and gave us an estimated arrival time. He showed up exactly on time. Wow, $4.200 dollars I feel so light, I had a dream and or feeling, that the garage system was outdated and old, 2008, Precision , especially tech Seth is great professional, knew his stuff and explained everything so well. I rather spend the money now and not be in a jam when I am trying to get out of the garage. If this lasts me 15 years It was worth it and Wii , a key pad camera and one remote works both doors, so very quiet. Thanks great American tech and company

I recently had installed two garage doors with one new motor. From the first person I met to analyze the job, anyone I communicated with and the installer who completed the job all had the same demeanor. Pleasant, competent, organized and always able to answer any question I had. The product isn't inexpensive but well made so money well spent. I'm satisfied !!

To have someone combine the technical and interpersonal skills as a salesman is a rare find, and we were very impressed. My garage door opener stopped working. I called Precision and they had a mechanic at my house within 36 hours. Steve was fantastic! He identified the problem immediately, made the most sensible recommendations for repair, and fixed it within the hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Seth solved the problem I was having also suggested the replacement of rollers, cables, and springs as they were never serviced in 10 years and he showed me the wear and tare on the above mentioned equipment. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft. Upon receiving the emailed invoice I noticed a 25.00 charge for disposal of misc hardware. Was not aware there would be a fee for that. I feel the charge was uncalled for in light of the amount for the total repairs. My bad for not looking at the computer to see the itemized charges. All in all satisfied with your service.

The technician explained exactly what was needed and gave us options. Once decided upon, he quickly performed the task. He was polite and nice and worked efficiently. I did not receive my 15 minute heads up call before the tech arrived, but he did arrive within the time frame stated. It was easy to schedule the appointment on the phone and they were able to come out quickly.

The technician, Bobby Sanborn arrived the next day as promised, and he was efficient, knowledgeable, and a sincere pleasure to deal with. I had cables, rollers, and pulleys replaced on one of my garage doors, Joe the technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem (broken cable), made a reasonable recommendation with accurate cost and performed the work timely and with high quality. He also addressed a noise in my other door, ultimately replacing the belt rail, which was covered under warranty...no questions asked. Great work by Joe the technician and a timely response by Precision when I first called about the broken cable.

Very impressed with Precision door service. Precision repaired my garage door in Feb. 2025. In July 2025 garage door was not operating properly so I called them to report the problem. They sent a repair man to my house the same day to fix the problem at no additional cost.
