I damaged the sensor inside the garage. I also wanted a maintenance check as it had been a long time since I needed anything and the 1 door was squeeking. The technician was very thorough in both checking my Contract and advising me of needed attention to the cables. He was curteous, completed the realigning of the sensor and replacing the cables quickly as well as lubricating the hinges. It was perfect.

Long time happy Precision customer. Used them first for my prior home and again for my current home. Both jobs I wanted were a complete garage door purchase, installation, and service work if I ever needed. Always professional, fair, and dependable from start to finish. This past week my double door spring broke late in the evening. I called and they were at my door 8am. Not only was my door up and running in no time, I was reminded my warranty (which I forgot about) was still active and helped cover everything except a minor service call charge.

Seth Kirwan showed up on time, worked very hard and very efficiently to install new springs, a new door lifter motor, key pad, belt rail, etc. He patiently explained how to use the new equipment, programmed both the new keypad and the remote button on the mirror of my car and hauled away all the used parts and hardware. I was very pleased with his professionalism and positive attitude.

Sorry for the delay in my response. Bobby came and did a wonderful job. There was a problem with my garage door opening and closing and he fixed the electric eye. He also checked my other garage door. In addition, he inspected the springs in both doors and Lubricated the rollers on both doors. He went Above and beyond. Installation of the garage door was done by Gregg who was very courteous and professional concerning the installation of the door. He provided me with the info I needed. So far everything is working properly and I'm happy about that. If anyone I know is looking to install a new garage door I would recommend Precision to them.
