Very pleased with the company and the person who came out to diagnose and fix the issue It is an older unit, and the issue was with the lock and key on the door. The repair person came up with a solution, but it wasn't compatible with my unit. He gave me an alternative that wasn't in the budget for right now. Instead, he fixed the issue with the wire. Now, I have an estimate for a new unit and can save up to replace it in the spring/summer. Very pleased with the entire process

Needed a new motor on the garage door opener and I had to have the key area replaced (since I lost my key) and needed the rails tightened.
