Install team was very professional. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is because after 5-6 weeks wait time from the time of order they forgot or didn’t have the window inserts that were ordered.

I was referred by my father. Tom came to my house to fix my garage door opener. Very nice guy, and very personable.he explained to me what was going on with the opener. Any other issues I have or if anyone asks me for a referral I will tell them about your company.

Wow! We first met Don when he came to our house within half an hour since our call. Great guy! Very knowledgeable & pleasant. Wonderful start for a business enterprise. We love the new garage doors & their openers that you technician installed for us. Mike Belling (I think I got his name correct) was very prompt, efficient & courteous. Mike was very patient with me as he explained the doors working capabilities & qualities. I also found Mike to be engaging & intelligent while still using great common sense. I will certainly recommend your doors, your service and your talented people.

James Dean was fantastic. He was pleasant knowledgeable and very quick. I felt terrible calling on Christmas Eve but precision was pleasant and assured me someone would be out to look at the door and they were here in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with my purchased of a new garage door and opener. Sales people in the Brick, NJ office were friendly and knowledgeable. Salesman that came to my home carefully looked over what I needed, offered suggestions, and provided experienced based feedback. Wait time for the door to be manufactured was reasonable (2 weeks). Installer (Mark) was terrific. Arrived on time, was friendly, and did a great job with the installation and clean-up. Door looks fantastic and operates smoothly. I do recommend Precision.

I called Precision after 5 p.m. on 7/09/2019 after my garage door broke while closing it. The woman who took my call was very accomodating and arranged to have someone out first thing next morning. Brian called me tge next mirning and arrived at my home 10 minutes after he placed the call. He quickly and competently assessed the issue. We discussed options of repair vesus replace and I decided to totally replace my 34 year old garage door at a cost that was just very slightly more tgan what it woukd have been to repair and update my old door. He was VERY knowledgeable, got my door in safe working order until the new door can be installed, and showed me how to secure the door. I highly recommend this company.

HE WAS SUCH A NICE GUY. I THINK THAT HE WAS THE SAME FELLOW THAT WAS HERE THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR IS WORKING WELL FOR ME NOW. THERE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE ANY MAJOR PROBLEM. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND HAS IT ALL WORKING FOR NOW. I PURCHASED MY DOOR FROM YOU A FEW YEARS AGO AND WILL CALL YOU WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM.
