Called on a Monday and they came Wednesday morning. Bobby was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed new belt drive motor, cables, rollers, sensors and opener. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left and explained how everything worked, WiFi etc.

I called in the morning and by 230 pm, my garage door is working. Bobby was the technician. He's new to the company but he knows what he's doing. He took his time and did not rush. He has a good personality and good customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my neighbors and friends. Excellent company and technicians!

This was my first time using Precision and I was very pleased with the service provided. I will definitely call them again in the future. I had my garage doors installed 3 years ago and just had a service check done just to make sure everything was in working order. The technician was great checked all the parts and lubed hinges.
