I had new garage doors installed last year and Precision did a great job. Friendly and competent technicians. Just had an unexpected problem with one of the cables that required an adjustment. Called for service and had a tech there within a few hours. Also had another minor adjustment needed early on. Great customer service! Had me up and running very quickly. Customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend Precision. Christina in the office is also very friendly and responsive. Great crew overall

I called to have a key pad installed. The person I spoke to was great…she set up an appointment and I was told that the tech would call 15 to 30 min ahead of arrival time. He did, and did a great job in no time at all. Tom knew exactly what to do! Thanks Tom !

I don't think the technician knew I knew what's wrong. I was told the opener needs to be replaced And the fee was 499.00, when a repair is all that was needed. Putting a chain on track should not be difficult for an experienced technician. I can give 1 star for showing up

I needed all the wood around 2 garage doors replaced. All new aluminum trim installed. Tony came and did the repair PERFECTLY. He cleaned up so you wouldn’t know he had been there. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work done

It was so refreshing having a service member like Tom help us fix our garage door key pad. He was professional, knowledgeable and understanding with our frustration trying to reset our key pad. Precision Doors have been providing us great support since we moved into our home; professional, kind and efficient! Brian Ford provided our most recent service. He is EXCELLENT! From his initial contact, having called to give us a time frame of his arrival and then all that he provided during the service appt,, AWESOME!! We will be asking for his assistance with any future work. He was professional, equally important he was very pleasant, kind, helpful and informative. He took his time and was thorough in his explanations. He did not push to sell anything or have any additional services completed. He resolved all issues we’d been having. Additionally, he resolved an on going issue with MyQ that we had been having since we installed our garage door opener.
