Steve was very helpful in explaining the issues with our old system. He gave us the options we have if we wanted to fix the old system, and he also educated us what the new systems offer. He performed the upgrade to the new system without any hassle and gave a detailed walkthrough of our new system. Very Professional and an expert service provided by Precision doors and Steve. From his initial contact, having called to give us a time frame of his arrival and then all that he provided during the service appt,, AWESOME!! We will be asking for his assistance with any future work. He was professional, equally important he was very pleasant, kind, helpful and informative. He took his time and was thorough in his explanations. He did not push to sell anything or have any additional services completed. He resolved all issues we’d been having. Additionally, he resolved an on going issue with MyQ that we had been having since we installed our garage door opener. I had new garage doors installed last year and Precision did a great job. Friendly and competent technicians. Just had an unexpected problem with one of the cables that required an adjustment. Called for service and had a tech there within a few hours. Also had another minor adjustment needed early on. Great customer service! Had me up and running very quickly. Customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend Precision. Christina in the office is also very friendly and responsive. Great crew overall

I don't think the technician knew I knew what's wrong. I was told the opener needs to be replaced And the fee was 499.00, when a repair is all that was needed. Putting a chain on track should not be difficult for an experienced technician. I can give 1 star for showing up
