Your technician Steve came to my home to install a keypad on my garage door. He explained the way it worked, how I could change the pin and guided me through setting up my initial pin. He even lubricated the door hinges as The door was very noisy when opening and closing. STEVE was courteous, personable and helpful. I think it is great that your company provides little bios of each of your technicians. It personalizes the experience.
