We called Precision because of an exterior keypad that was not functioning . Brian and Jay were both very professional and explained what the issue with keypad was and the results of the safety inspection. I had new garage doors installed last year and Precision did a great job. Friendly and competent technicians. Just had an unexpected problem with one of the cables that required an adjustment. Called for service and had a tech there within a few hours. Also had another minor adjustment needed early on. Great customer service! Had me up and running very quickly. Customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend Precision. Christina in the office is also very friendly and responsive. Great crew overall
