Have used Precision in the past. Today was an excellent service visit. We needed a whole new unit. The technician Joe Yazal did an efficient job but he also walked us through the set up and even connected our Car remote to the Garage. I am a senior citizen and Joe explained each step of the new technology of the system. We even called him after he had left to verify our understanding of the motion light detector. He not only rendered excellent technical service but his Customer Service skills are highly commendable. Thank you for a job well done and you have a customer for life. We only called your office yesterday, Thursday, and were able to get an appointment for today Friday. Your office personnel are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Called in the morning, Joe arrived early afternoon. My garage door was malfunctioning and many of the parts of my garage door were worn. Once the garage door was fixed, I asked Joe to look at both of my doors and make safety recommendations. He spent time carefully considering what I needed and what was optional. Gave me a price that I could deal with and within 2 hours everything was completed. Now I have a bunch of new parts plus a system that is a lot safer than I started with. I am very satisfied with this franchise location. BTW I also got a thank you note from the owner, pretty cool!
