It was very upsetting when our garage door stopped working. But the call to Precision Door Service turned that around. Their website is very thorough and include the names and pictures of their technicians as well as info regarding their expertise. When I called to schedule a repair the person on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. I was provided with the name of the technician that would complete the repair and given the info that he would call before he arrived. Cody was terriffic and very personalbe. He did call and let me know his ETA. He identified the problem immediately, explained it to me and had the repair completed within 45 minutes. Outstanding! I have recommended Precision to others.

Woke up to a broken torsion spring and couldn’t get my garage door open. Called Precision Garage Doors and they made a great effort to fit me into their schedule and replaced the spring and other old hardware by the middle of the day. Technician Bobby was terrific.
