Had you come out a few times for minor issues but loved the original system you had put in, so I got 10 plus years out of it. Your service people have always been excellent. Overall, good service and good product. However, when installer came he charged me an extra $50 to slide a few bikes and a bed frame to the back of the garage. I understand why the service fee exists for certain situations - but this was silly and from my perspective an overcharge of $50.
