I was very pleased with the wonderful service I received when my garage door cable broke. Service was provided within an hour of my call for help and the work was completed within an hour. I had the cables replaced along with the springs and rollers. And was able to purchase a 10 year warranty. The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to everyone.

Arrived n time, with all the parts carried on truck, including new opener. Flawless install and explanation of device, app, and all functions. Not one screw or scrap left behind aafter work and this after opener, rollers, springs, and gasket replaced. All materials high end and Mike was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Brian T. Ford. Jr - technician Brian was extremely professional, courteous and personable. Brian came on time and solved the problem; repairing the garage door better than it was before malfunctioning. Brian inspected the entire system of the door explaining several things to me and my options. Repair was done considerable quick and at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner then before he came; not even leaving a screw left behind. Brian is. REAL PRO. I’ve used Precision two times prior and with no hesitation would I use the again. I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. The repairs were made and the door operates like new though it was installed on n the 90’s. 5 stars from ma happy customer.

Precision has worked on my garage door over the years and have always been professional and knowledgeable with everything they had to do. Brian did a great job and was kind enough to explain how everything worked and what to look for in future problems. I highly recommend Precision for any of one's garage door problems. If I am not mistaken, Precision also had installed the door I have years ago.

A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!

precision called at 8:15 am and mike arrived at 9:30 am. accessed the problem with the door and gave a repair estimate that was reasonable. he repaired the door and now works like new. Mike was very nice and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. highly recommend precision door and will call them for the next repair.

My garage door collapsed one afternoon approximately 3pm and I placed a call into Precision to see what they can do and when. We had another garage door repairman from a different company that came a two day earlier. He spent a total of 30 seconds on- site with no inspection and said we needed a new motor. He was asked to leave. Precision did a thorough inspection and offered 4 reasons why my garage door would mysteriously open by itself. We decided to do the least expensive fix to see if it would rectify the situation. If it doesn't work out at least I know what my alternatives are and the cost. It couldn't have gone any better.
