Sorry for the delay in my response. Bobby came and did a wonderful job. There was a problem with my garage door opening and closing and he fixed the electric eye. He also checked my other garage door. In addition, he inspected the springs in both doors and Lubricated the rollers on both doors. He went Above and beyond. Called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they could have a repair person out that day. He (CJ) called about 5 minutes later and told me he'd be at my home in an hour. He showed up right on time and replaced all HW on my garage door in about 35 minutes. Did a great job, was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time calling Precision and I recommend them in Central / South NJ if you need help with garage doors or openers.

We contacted Precision for an estimate to replace existing garage doors, belt drive garage door openers, and storm doors. It was easy to schedule the estimate according to our availability. The door designer Caitlin was punctual and very pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the warranties. On her tablet, Caitlin created exactly what we wanted. We had a few questions which she researched and answered within a few hours. We received the detailed estimates quickly. Caitlin is a pleasure to work with and an asset to Precision.

My tech Brian was awesome! He called ahead and let me know exactly when he would arrive and made sure I knew he would fix my problem for me.Brian was very upbeat and professional and made sure I understood the problem with the doors and what it would take to fix them and he also gave me options on payment types. I was extremely satisfied with my service and would definitely use them again. I later found out my mother in law had also used them before and she raved about how good her tech was also.

Called Precision to check out my garage door. Needed a spring and new bolt quoted me $985 for a whole new system. I paid $450 for a whole installation for a garage door opener originally from another company. Precision took a $105 service fee without doing anything for me at all. Stay away call a local garage door company. Could not believe the price they gave me unreal.

Sorry we could not help you in the repair of your door. We do charge a $99 service fee to come out and perform a 25 point inspection. We have a coupon that waives the service call if the repair is over $300. We also gave you multiple estimates to repair the parts on the door. $924 plus tax was the highest replacing all moving parts. You opted not to choose any of the estimates which also included a repair of $472 plus tax.

I was very impressed with the fact that a technician came the same day I called for service to fix my garage door. He was knowledgeable, polite, and knew how to solve my problem. I would highly recommend Precision.
