Had three things I needed to be checked out the garage door remotes didn’t open open, get the outside entry pad working and also the red cord your pool when the door is closed and you lose electricity didn’t work. Seems none of the remotes would work because something is broken on the main unit and would need a whole new motor which is going to be over $600 OK my choice not to do that. what bothers me is the fact the tech had no idea why the cord wouldn’t work to open the door when the electric was off and had no answer about fixing it. So for $94 nothing was accomplished. The man who came was very nice, polite have no problems with him just his lack of ability to fix that last problem.

I needed a new garage door and immediately thought of Precision Door. One of their salespeople came to my home, told me what needed to be done so I contracted with them. Jay came out today to install my a new system which included the door, tracks and motor. Jay is very competent and did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with our new door.

Was told 3-6 pm, waited at a newly purchased house that’s empty for 4 hours. Nobody called me to notify me that they wouldn’t make it on time. Doesn’t seem like the technicians fault, the girls at the office didn’t seem like it was a big deal that nobody called me to tell me they wouldn’t be here. I cancelled my appointment after waiting in the driveway for 4 hours. Wasn’t paying $90 for them to show up 4 hours late. I suppose I’ll try and reschedule, but a 3 hour window is tough to navigate.

Tom called to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Quickly repaired the broken cable. Adjusted the door to have it open n close smoothly. Tom performed preventive maintenance on another door. Adjusted sensors and replaced rollers. Both doors working good as new Tom was personable professional and very competent. Very satisfied overall
