Precision was great getting me same day service for broken springs; Steve was great, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in completing the repair. Tom Bird was tech on the job.He was very considerate and very profesional.Had a difficult job to do with the existing cheapo contraption that came with the door originally.Had to reconfigure the spring attachment but all turned out well.Added all new cables and rollers to complete the job and adjusted existing opener. Works great!

I came home and try to open the door with the key pad and it doesn’t work. I was also told it has a app option I don’t have the link . I think the door is lovely and quiet then before .

The only criticism I can make is they didn’t get the number off the motor for me. I had knee surgery so ladders are difficult at the moment. The guy’s were great in all else !
