Great job of installation and very professional ????

Tom Bird was tech on the job.He was very considerate and very profesional.Had a difficult job to do with the existing cheapo contraption that came with the door originally.Had to reconfigure the spring attachment but all turned out well.Added all new cables and rollers to complete the job and adjusted existing opener. Works great!

The only criticism I can make is they didn’t get the number off the motor for me. I had knee surgery so ladders are difficult at the moment. The guy’s were great in all else !

Had three things I needed to be checked out the garage door remotes didn’t open open, get the outside entry pad working and also the red cord your pool when the door is closed and you lose electricity didn’t work. Seems none of the remotes would work because something is broken on the main unit and would need a whole new motor which is going to be over $600 OK my choice not to do that. what bothers me is the fact the tech had no idea why the cord wouldn’t work to open the door when the electric was off and had no answer about fixing it. So for $94 nothing was accomplished. The man who came was very nice, polite have no problems with him just his lack of ability to fix that last problem.

Precision Door completely exceeded my expectations. I had used them a few years earlier for a repair and was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of their technician. I needed a new garage door and immediately thought of Precision Door. One of their salespeople came to my home, told me what needed to be done so I contracted with them. Jay came out today to install my a new system which included the door, tracks and motor. Jay is very competent and did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with our new door.
