I found myself in violation of a bylaw in my community due to a dent in my garage door. When I asked my neighbors for a referral, it was Precision Door Service that they unanimously recommended. I called this morning, spoke to the most helpful staff person and was scheduled for an appointment within an hour of my call. When Technician, Brian Ford Jr. arrived at our home, we knew we were in very good hands. He explained our options, knew exactly what our community would find acceptable, and proceeded to write the order for two new garage doors, as discussed. After he left, I looked at other homes on my block, and realized that I would prefer another style door. I called, spoke to the most amazing women (wish I could remember both names) and within minutes, my order was updated to reflect my new choice, and the invoice was generated. The staff at the Ocean County, NJ location is magnificent. I expect that the garage door installer will be just as outstanding.

My garage door was making a noise you could hear for blocks. My original installer wouldn’t call back, some fly by night company. I called Precision and they came out. It was such a simple thing and they could have told me anything. Paid only the service fee and no more noise. Great service, Great technician. Will definitely use again.

Precision installed a new garage door and opener a few years ago. Recently i had a problem adjusting the limits because of a new driveway installed. Both times the service was prompt great workmanship and explained everything with ease. A great experience! Really a great company!

I searched the internet for a garage door repair service and picked Precision based on their advertising and the amount of information they supplied about their personnel. The young lady who took my initial call really made everything simple. she set up my appointment, explained the initial service fee and how it would be deducted if the cost for repairs were above a certain amount and informed me that the repair person would call before they arrived. On the day of my appointment 6/7/2025 the technician (Joe Yazal) arrived on time after calling ahead to inform me he was coming. Joe was friendly, efficient and completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. I will call Precision again if I need repairs down the road.

Our garage door broke(spring snapped and we needed it fixed ASAP because my husband has mobility issues and uses the garage to enter and exit our home. Honestly I googled and the first business I called was Precision garage doors of NJ. They gave me an appointment the next day and Brian arrived in the time frame promised. Yesterday morning started off with opening my garage only to hear a loud pop. I thought it was a gunshot, but turned out to be a the spring on my garage. It snapped and the garage was non functional. I thought this was going to be a long process to fix. I called Precision and the lady answered and told me that a technician would be on their way. Within an hour the technician was out. Then another 45 minutes the garage was restored to be better then new. Very impressed.
