We called Precision because of the great service they gave us over 12 years ago. We needed to travel on Christmas Eve and late the day before our garage door springs broke. We called many companies and Precision was the only company that answered the phone. They responded quickly and we were so appreciative! This time our only car was stuck in the garage, again for a broken spring. Precision again responded quickly. They asked appropriate questions . We called around 11:30 and they said a technician would arrive between 1 and 4. CJ was great. Knowledgeable, polite ,patient and professional. We were as pleased with service this time as we were 12 years ago. We are now looking forward to a new a new garage door in several weeks. Thanks Precision!

The whole process was easy. The girls in the office were friendly and accommodating. They were understanding of our problem, and made an appointment for the very next day! When it came time for our appointment, CJ was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our problem. He installed new springs and bearings on our old garage door opener. He was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and wow was he thorough!! We will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors to install a new unit soon! Thank you!

Our garage door spring had broken so I called Precision and talked to Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful and told me they could have someone come to look at it that same day. The service man called and told us he was on his way. He introduced himself and told me where he was from. He assessed the problem and told me what the cost would be. We proceeded with the repair and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We now have a working garage door thanks to Brian! I would definitely recommend Precision .
