Great job from start to finish . They made replacing my garage door easy . The price was reasonable too. Just about two weeks to order and complete. Both Technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Connor came in the snow and installed the door today and he did a great job. The door looks really nice, so much better than the old one .

My garage door spring broke this morning. It’s a double door so it took three of us to get it up so we could get the car out. I called you all, and within five minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of the same day. The tech that came, Mike was professional and courteous. After doing a small repair, the service person promised a 5 year warranty but failed to provide a receipt saying specifically “5 year Warranty”! I’ve been repeatedly asking for that receipt with the five year warranty on it. I’ve received three duplicate receipts, saying nothing about a five year warranty. The office staff and the installer have been passing. The book back-and-forth To me, This is unacceptable.

I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.
