I chose Precision because my garage door opener was repaired by Cody four years ago and, when a problem I had a problem with a spring last year, I called someone else who was less expensive. However, when another problem developed, I called to have Precision handle it, again. Cody is friendly, professional, and performs superb job with the equipment. This time, Cody came with a Trainee named Chris. Both lived up to my expectations from the last time. Opener was repaired and works perfectly! Cody and Chris definitely know what they are doing!!!!

My garage door opened on its own. Changing the internal code to the transmitter didn't solve the problem. I used Precision Garage Doors in 2017, so I called them again. Later the same day, Steve, from Precision Garage Doors, explained to me what the problem was, & why I needed a new garage door motor. An hour later, my garage door is functioning perfectly & quietly. The tech who did our installation, Brian Ford, is the most professional, courteous and pleasant service provider I have ever worked with. From my initial meeting with him while he was working on my neighbors house, to the completion of our project, he was the best. I need work for my Liftmaster wall panel. During the inspection included with the call, it was brought to my attention that my rollers were in need of being replaced.
