Precision installed a new garage door and opener a few years ago. Recently i had a problem adjusting the limits because of a new driveway installed. Both times the service was prompt great workmanship and explained everything with ease. A great experience! Really a great company!

I needed a new keyless entry for my garage. I was asked over the phone what type of unit I have and was told that the technician would have on the truck. He came out and in three seconds he told me that he does not have anything compatible with unit. I was then charged 100.00 for that info that could have been done over the phone before he came out. I feel taken advantage of. This is not a reflection on the tech as he was nice.

Precision is super professional and got my garage doors fixed and working great. I would recommend them! For context I hired a small, local company last year to "fix" one of the doors. It broke 5 months later due to a careless oversight and I had zero faith in their ability to fix it correctly.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Service. I needed my springs replaced and Precision was able to get to my house within a few hours of me calling. I can't say enough good things about the service tech "Steve" that showed up for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable & professional. Steve answered all my questions and explained the whole process thoroughly. After talking with him, I actually decided to replace both door openers as well as all components. Steve got to work and knocked everything out with no problem. He then showed me how everything works, explained the details in warranty, how to troubleshoot and how the phone app works. Overall, I had a great 1st time experience with Precision. I would request Steve any time I need service next time. Great guy!

Great Garage Door service. Seth was professional and courteous. He explained all of the available options and estimated costs. I decided on a new opener and updated hardware (new springs, pulleys, rollers, cables). Seth completed the installation in a few hours and explained in detail operating the opener.
