After 18 years with a different company and a lack of responsiveness, I decided to Precision. They were totally responsive, arrived when they were supposed to, and perform the duties that they were assigned. The tech that was sent was confident, competent and personable. The pricing was competitive and in line with the rest of the market. I will be using Precision again!

Called Precision Door at 730pm and was able to schedule repair service for the malfunctioning garage door for the very next morning. CJ came out, assessed the issue, recommended some additional repairs and performed a full replacement of the mechanical components. My door was not working properly. Calling in the request for service was easy and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They worked with me to create a schedule that fit my schedule. The tech (Jay) who arrived came on time, and was very technical, easy to understand, friendly and was able to repair my broken part quickly. He ensured all my electronics were working properly before he left.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I called in the morning and Service was arranged for the same afternoon. The technician was going to be late so they sent out another technician in a timely manner. I had a 20 year-old garage door opener that had never been serviced, as my son said it was old and crotchety like me. There was no attempt to upsell me. The garage door was replaced. The springs were fine and the replacement was done in an efficient and timely manner. My next-door neighbor had recommended precision and I am so glad they did. I would do the same for anybody that is looking for a recommendation, I highly recommend precision garage doors. Obviously, I could not be more pleased with the service and courtesy and professionalism of the technician Mike.
