Precision Door Service is great, I have used them a few times and they always keep the appointment. Their technicians are respectful, courteous and explain everything. The technician took care of the issue and did not try to upcharge me and get me to purchase parts I do not need. Also, very importantly, they do not sub contract out their calls to other companies.

The cable on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday night around 8 PM. I could not believe when I called precision door that someone actually answered the phone. Then they were able to have someone come out the next and fix everything. Tremendous customer service and tremendous service by the technician that helped us out. Thank you so much!

My Garage Door went off the track at 11 A.M. on Saturday morning. I called precision and their Technician Robbie arrived by 2:30 P.M. the same day! Robbie quicky assessed the problem and performed the needed repair. He was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.

precision called at 8:15 am and mike arrived at 9:30 am. accessed the problem with the door and gave a repair estimate that was reasonable. he repaired the door and now works like new. Mike was very nice and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. highly recommend precision door and will call them for the next repair.

My garage door collapsed one afternoon approximately 3pm and I placed a call into Precision to see what they can do and when.
