I was impressed with Precision Garage Door Service all through the process, from my phone call to them late at night through the installation of a new garage door opener. Carl was the technician who installed the garage door opener. He was prompt, knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed and explained what needed to be done and gave me the estimate. There was no hard sell and Carl was very friendly. After I agreed with the replacement and price he quickly got to work replacing the opener. In about an hour he installed a new garage door opener, replaced the rollers and was meticulous about cleaning up. I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Doors. Doesn't get any better. When its time to replace my garage door I'll definitely be using them. I highly recommend them.

They showed up as promised and on time.... Mike the technician was fully prepared to do whatever was necessary to get the job done (and THAT is why you always hire a veteran). Straightforward and honest, he told us what needed to be done without any pressure and once we agreed he went right about correcting several issues. Checked our other door and suggested we hold off for now as it wasn't quite ready for maintenance. And when it comes time for that maintenance work you know who I am going to call. I must again relate how throughly pleased I am with Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door needed an adjustment, so I called and made an appointment. Seth (who originally installed the new doors) called me prior to his arrival to inform me he was on the way. He arrived earlier than expected and in short time had fixed the problem with the door. This company stands behind their product and are the consumate professionals. It is always a pleasurable experience from their office personnel to their service techs. Last year I had Precision install a new motor and keypad. This past Thursday the keypad stopped working. Due to my schedule, I was unable to get a technician in until Tuesday. Brian Ford, the technician, looked up my installation date, and said my warranty expired 2 days ago. He said no problem, we will honor that warranty since you called Precision before the warranty expired. He replaced the keypad and showed me how to reset it if this happens again. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact, he had just installed a keypad for my sister last week. She and her husband will be moving in here in a few weeks. They also had a very good experience with Brian.

I needed a fast turnaround on a garage door because the house was closing in 1 day and the HOA said it had to be changed. From the person who helped me on the phone to CJ who did the installation, everyone was extremely helpful and worked to make it happen. It was done perfectly and was price comparable to other quotes. This is the third time I have used Precision and have never disappointed me.

The response was great. Same day service as advertised. The technician was very friendly and helpful. Our door spring had suddenly broken and the technician was there within an hour. He replaced both springs, cables, brackets, lubricated the roller, belts and hinges and straightened the bent rail. He was done in a couple of hours. It was a bit expensive to get it all done, but we are very satisfied with the response and work done.

I called Precision based on an ad in The Home News Tribune. Steve Posner arrived on time. He assessed my problem and made the adjustment quickly. He explained the cause of the issue to avoid future trouble. We then discussed the overall aging of the garage doors and general deterioration of the equipment. He patiently gave me affordable options to upgrade and I decided on replacing the entire set up. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I appreciated his honesty and good nature. I also was grateful for help in arranging financing through the administrative person on the phone. I look forward to the installation.

I called in the morning and Precision came to my house by 130pm. Brian installed a new garage door opener, checked cable, pulleys and springs. The cable, pulley and springs were in good shape so no need to replace . Explained all functions and operation of the Genie unit he installed, he gave me 6 different options, and set up the app on my phone! Trustworthy company and technicians and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Brian you were amazing!!!!

Today, we met with Steve from Precision to review a number of issues with our garage doors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. As aa result, we have purchased replacement doors and openers. I feel very confident that the new doors will be a big improvement. In addition, my brother-in-law referred me to Precision after being very satisfied with the doors he purchased from them several years ago.

you left all the hardware lose on the tracks the cables fell of the door we had to have someone open up on saturday & pay them to sit here and wait for your company to show up & do the repair the doors do look great please work on quality control i would use you again the future thx ed

Brian did an exceptional job replacing my springs. He explained the technology and reasons for his repair choices. There was no hard sell.
