I bought a garage door back during covid. I finally had it installed 3 years ago . And weds the springs broke. So I called. And tech came and said it would be $685 to replace the springs. I was shocked that springs cost that much to install so I told the tech hold on im calling ur office . Long story short they took off $150 off the price and I was happy that they work with me.cause if they didn’t I would call someone else . Thank you precision

This is the way a business should operate. Their website is well designed, functional, and easy to navigate. The call was picked up on the first ring, the appointment was promptly scheduled to the time that I needed, and the technician (CJ) showed up right on time. The entire operation was seamless, smooth, and well thought out. I will definitely use them again in the future

We have used Precision Garage Doors several times in the past since we have three garage doors! Luckily, they come the same day and the repairs are done without delay. The gentlemen doing the work are courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable about their work. I had my rollers ,cable and springs replaced. Precision replaced the boot on our garage door which was torn. They were able to send a technician out same day. Mike replaced the boot quickly, inspected the door and mechanisms, and recommended future maintenance. We were pleased dealing with this company. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

Steve was so pleasant, polite, and professional, explaining the problem to me with total respect, and making sure I understood why the problem had occurred and what I could do myself if it happens again (the door sensor got knocked out of place, an easy fix if you know what to look for).
