I just moved in and needed a tune up on my automatic garage door. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Brian the technician arrived on time, was pleasant courteous and informative. He inspected everything and reviewed 3 options for servicing the equipment. He answered questions and helped me choose the best course of action, then got the entire job done in under an hour. He explained the work and made sure I was comfortable with operating the system and the remotes before he left. Fantastic experience, quality efficient work provided by a pleasant technician. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors!

The Service Tech Joe repaired my existing door and installed a new motor. Joe went over the installation and I ordered a new door which will take a couple of weeks to arrive. Joe explained everything in detail and I am very happy with the service and response time.

We have used Precision and will continue to do so. They are pleasant to deal with, the phones are always answered and they are very prompt. Today our Precision Garage Doors technician was Cody. He was very polite, friendly and thoroigh. Cody fixed our garage door, checked everything and made some observations and suggestions regarding our aging machinery. But no hard up-sell. The pricing is transparent and fair. I highly recommend Precision
