I called at 8:15 am needing to replace the trolley on my garage door. The technician arrived by 9:30 am that morning to make the repair. Our garage door broke(spring snapped and we needed it fixed ASAP because my husband has mobility issues and uses the garage to enter and exit our home. Honestly I googled and the first business I called was Precision garage doors of NJ. They gave me an appointment the next day and Brian arrived in the time frame promised. He pointed out some other exiting issues with the garage door which we gave him permission to fix. Yesterday morning started off with opening my garage only to hear a loud pop. I thought it was a gunshot, but turned out to be a the spring on my garage. It snapped and the garage was non functional. I thought this was going to be a long process to fix. I called Precision and the lady answered and told me that a technician would be on their way. Within an hour the technician was out. Then another 45 minutes the garage was restored to be better then new. Very impressed.

We called Precision because of the great service they gave us over 12 years ago. We needed to travel on Christmas Eve and late the day before our garage door springs broke. We called many companies and Precision was the only company that answered the phone. They responded quickly and we were so appreciative! This time our only car was stuck in the garage, again for a broken spring. Precision again responded quickly. They asked appropriate questions . We called around 11:30 and they said a technician would arrive between 1 and 4. CJ was great. Knowledgeable, polite ,patient and professional.
