Precision is a highly professional company with employees who are dedicated to providing great service to its customers. We met with Jim Dean at our home to discuss buying new garage doors. He was extremely patient and pleasant answering every one of our questions. As a person who has worked on garage doors for 18 years, he knows the garage business inside and out. Also, when we sent an email asking for some minor clarifications, the staff in the office got back to us right away (on a Saturday morning!) We received a detailed invoice and paperwork listing all of the info about our particular doors. Needless to say we were very pleased with our interactions with Precision.

I needed service on my Liftmaster garage door opener. I called three different companies. The first one’s mailbox was full. The second one only did installations. Third one never returned any of my calls. Then I called Precision and they actually answered the phone. Not only that, they came out the next day at the time they said. Their service vehicle was clean and the technician was a gentleman.

If there is one thing that I cannot tolerate, it is companies that add expenses and work that is not needed; Precision did not do that. Their honesty and workmanship was impeccable.

Excellent service. Got an appointment in under 24 hours. Mike called to advise of his arrival time. He replaced springs, wires, pully's, rollers and rubber seal. I hadn't had any service done in well over 10 years and the parts that were installed originally were worn and not the best quality. Mike installed much better quality parts and with a 10-year warranty, I am all set. If there is a problem, they are just a phone call away. Love that they support veterans and provided me a discount. They definitely deserve 5 stars. This was my 1st experience with them and would highly recommend.

I have been using Precision for the past 2 years and have been quite pleased with the work they've done to replace springs, cables and pulleys needed on 1 of 2 garage doors. Recently, I had an issue with the same door not closing in a lop-sided manner. C.J. came out, analyzed the situation and made some adjustments to have the door finally close flat! At some point, I'll have to make repairs to the 2nd door and will absolutely definitely contact Precision and C.J. to come out and do the repairs!! I highly recommend this company!

We had a Genie Belt Drive installed today. Our Technician Bobby was prompt and efficient. After going thru our options on a new opener, the old unit was removed and new unit installed in under an hour. All packaging and materials along with old unit were removed. Bobby took his time explaining the operation and features.

He checked everything over, made the necessary adjustments and left me with a smile on my face. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and did not leave me feeling foolish. What a beyond-expectation experience we had with Precision! Here's what happened: I pulled into our garage Monday evening around 8:30. As I went inside, I hit the button to close the door, heard a loud noise, and went back to see what had happened. I saw that the garage door mechanism was hanging by one bolt over my van, and the opener track was pulled away from the wall. I didn't want to touch anything for fear of the whole system crashing down...I would deal with it in the morning. I checked online for garage door repairs in my area, saw Precision, read a half dozen reviews, and liked what I read. I called at about 8:10 and booked a service call between 11 and 2 P.M. (for today!) Joe called me from his first call and said he'd see me in 20 minutes. He arrived a little after 2 and got right to work by first asking me some questions about what had happened and the age of the system, etc. He did a thorough inspection of both garage doors. He gave me his "diagnosis" and worked up a quote. I said, "Let's go for it". The whole job was completed by 4:15. It took only about 20 hours from the time of the incident to a completed repair! Joe is an excellent mechanic. He is professional and efficient. He also noticed a frayed cable on my wife's door and replaced it. He also replaced our outside keypad.
