I called Precision Door service due to my garage door was not working. I had to manually close it. I couldn't believe I could call on a Sunday and someone was there to take my call. I was able to get an appointment the next day which was great. Cory, your employee called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes which he was. I explained to him the problem and it was fixed right away. He was very pleasant and friendly.I still need him to come back and replace parts for the door which I will be calling very soon. It was a pleasure doing business with professional people.

Cody was excellent! He called ahead to confirm he was on his way. He replaced the springs, rollers, cables and pulleys on my garage door. Cody was most professional, and he quickly and efficiently did the needed repairs. He was very neat and removed all the broken and worn parts. Great customer Service!!

I chose Precision because my garage door opener was repaired by Cody four years ago and, when a problem I had a problem with a spring last year, I called someone else who was less expensive. However, when another problem developed, I called to have Precision handle it, again. Cody is friendly, professional, and performs superb job with the equipment. This time, Cody came with a Trainee named Chris. Both lived up to my expectations from the last time. Opener was repaired and works perfectly! Cody and Chris definitely know what they are doing!!!!

I called this afternoon and Precision sent a tech out within a couple of hours. Steve fixed our broken garage door right away. Both the agent on the telephone were polite and comforting, and Steve fixed the damage quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied customers.

My garage door opened on its own. Changing the internal code to the transmitter didn't solve the problem. I used Precision Garage Doors in 2017, so I called them again. Later the same day, Steve, from Precision Garage Doors, explained to me what the problem was, & why I needed a new garage door motor. An hour later, my garage door is functioning perfectly & quietly. Thank you, Steve, for your expert work.

Steve rebuilt all the hardware in our existing garage doors so they run much smoother and quieter than before. He carefully explained the options available and the price. We can't say enough good things about this company. The springs on our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. We got a call back from Precision that same day! We were kept in the loop until Brian the technician came the following day. He was awesome! The work was done perfectly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Precision to anyone.
