Came home at night to a broken spring on my garage door. I called at 7:30pm and had confirmation someone would be out the next morning. Mike called me the following morning to let me know he would be there soon, and he showed up promptly and with a smile on his face. He replaced the spring quickly and was professional and super helpful. I am beyond please with the service provided today, especially coming out so last minute. Purchased a High end Fimbel garage door. While we love the door I am extremely disappointed with the way the lower door seal fits our garage door apron. One would think when you pay over $10-K for a door that the lower seal should cover some small variations where the seal meets the apron. Admittedly our apron is not new and 100% perfect, but our old inexpensive builders grade door sealed perfectly. The installers tried to improve the fit by bending the tracks with pliers, and I am not sure what was about, but this did not change anything.

Michael was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. We went ahead with his recommendations and couldn't be more pleased. Precision installed 2 new doors in 2021. Service at the time was excellent. Today's repair was to rectify a weak spring on one of the doors. It was done under warranty along with minor adjustments to the other door and a cable replacement. Total charge was the standard $99 service call fee. The technician was first rate as have been past employees who have visited. Highly recommended.

Our meeting with Jim Dean, Precision's salesperson, was very pleasant and informative. Jim discussed the various garage door options that were available to us. He talked about the pros and cons of different types of garage doors. We felt like we were talking with a family member who had our best interests in mind. It was for this reason that we immediately placed our order for a new garage door from Precision. We will follow up on this comment after our new garage door is installed.
