Very pleased with my new garage door opener …Brian came out and installed it. He was friendly, professional and very informative about the different openers, plus he knew so much more which helped me to decide on the opener I wanted for my one car garage. They had replaced my garage door on 2018 and did a great job. I needed service when I needed service due to the recent rainstorms and lightening and stopped working. Scott was great... Thanks Steve for such a fantastic job! Totally professional: on-time, called me when he was on his way over, and walked me through different option to come up with the best solution for me. With parts over 20 years old, it was time to replace the garage door openers, and all the hardware as well. I could tell right away he is very experienced and knowledgeable. His work was of the highest quality, with dedication to detail. Very much appreciated!

From start to finish an excellent experience. Not having a working garage door is a hardship for us. Precision Garage Doors answered our call within minutes and Lauren had us set up with a day and time that was convenient for us. Lauren was professional, patient and took the time to listen to our issue and told us a window and who would be coming out to look at our garage door. Charles arrived promptly within our window and gave us a a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Charles saw the issue immediately, told us what needed to be done and gave us pricing. Our garage was 80 plus degrees and Charles diligently repaired our broken garage door perfectly. His professionalism, work ethic and skill set are so greatly appreciated by us and he is a true asset to Precision Garage Doors. Thank you for exceeding our already high expectations.

The repair service was timely, and performed well. While I recognize the need for all businesses to cover costs and return a profit, at $400.00 ($399.84 to be precise) I thought the price was a bit steep for the 1/2 of work replacing the spring but overall I am satisfied.

This is probably one of the best run businesses I’ve come across in a long time. Late Thursday afternoon of July 4th weekend, my fussy garage door opener broke and the garage door went off its tracks and jammed in place. I called Precision but never expected a live person to answer the call, let alone schedule a repair for Saturday of July 4th weekend on LBI! Our repair person (Bobby) called before he came with an exact ETA, showed up on time, repaired the entire mechanism for a reasonable price and was so personable on top of it all. All was fixed before the company arrived, too!! Excellent job by everyone, starting with the initial polite person on the phone. Just wow!

Great experience from initial point of contact to end of install. Called 8pm and had an appoint for the next morning at which point the new unit was installed. Fast! The tech did a great job on the install and was very articulate in explaining the operation of the unit and accessories. Highly recommend!
