It was very upsetting when our garage door stopped working. But the call to Precision Door Service turned that around. Their website is very thorough and include the names and pictures of their technicians as well as info regarding their expertise. When I called to schedule a repair the person on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. I was provided with the name of the technician that would complete the repair and given the info that he would call before he arrived. Cody was terriffic and very personalbe. He did call and let me know his ETA. He identified the problem immediately, explained it to me and had the repair completed within 45 minutes. Outstanding! I have recommended Precision to others.

Weather strip needed replacing. The lady that I made the appointment with was very helpful with questions that I had. The technician called to let me know he was on his way (which I appreciated). He was courteous and professional. I would definitely use their service again.

When we called we were told Bobby would call 30 minutes before he arrived, which he did. He arrived promptly and explained 3 repair options. When we made our decision he made the repairs quickly and accurately. He showed that the garage opened and closed. Precision was very professional and fixed our issue on the day we called.

We can't say enough good things about this company. The springs on our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. We got a call back from Precision that same day! We were kept in the loop until Brian the technician came the following day. He was awesome! The work was done perfectly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Precision to anyone.

I called Precision Door service due to my garage door was not working. I had to manually close it. I couldn't believe I could call on a Sunday and someone was there to take my call. I was able to get an appointment the next day which was great. Cory, your employee called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes which he was. I explained to him the problem and it was fixed right away. He was very pleasant and friendly.I still need him to come back and replace parts for the door which I will be calling very soon. It was a pleasure doing business with professional people.

I chose Precision because my garage door opener was repaired by Cody four years ago and, when a problem I had a problem with a spring last year, I called someone else who was less expensive. However, when another problem developed, I called to have Precision handle it, again. Cody is friendly, professional, and performs superb job with the equipment. This time, Cody came with a Trainee named Chris. Both lived up to my expectations from the last time. Opener was repaired and works perfectly! Cody and Chris definitely know what they are doing!!!!

My garage door opened on its own. Changing the internal code to the transmitter didn't solve the problem. I used Precision Garage Doors in 2017, so I called them again. Later the same day, Steve, from Precision Garage Doors, explained to me what the problem was, & why I needed a new garage door motor. An hour later, my garage door is functioning perfectly & quietly.
