Torsion spring broke on one of my doors - called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. Steve called before arriving and he was on time, professional, courteous and efficient! Spring was replaced and the door opener hooked back up and all adjusted within 30 min. Great service and reasonable prices!

Brian is someone who truly cares and was a top notch representative of your company I have been in the service business with many technicians and installers for over 40 years and would put him at the top of my list of people I would want working and representing me He was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what was going on on the options He was extremely organized in his methodology and made sure I was satisfied with his work I can’t say enough good things about him. There was confusion on the office part about when he was coming somehow it appears we to had not been scheduled even though we had been provided a time from 2 to 6 dropped for the service call list - when we called at 5:30!to check on arrival it appears we were not in system even though we had been provided with a time Fortunately my wife called when no one was showing up but you office did resolve and Brian came And in conclusion he was worth waiting for - top notch

Yesterday my garage door started grinding as it opened. I called precision immediately and told them myproblem. The office made an appointment the next day and sent the same installer who did the initial job. He arrived 2 hours early than the appointment was scheduled for replaced two bars that were causing the noise and was finished in 20 minutes and no charge. What i company. I have used them for over 15 years and they are always responsive and do great work. I reccomend them if you are looking to put in or replace garage doors or openers you wont be disappointed.

We found Precision of South Central NJ online. A few hours after calling on a Monday morning, Brian Ford Jr showed up. He did a thorough evaluation of both garage doors and gave us tiered options for the one with the broken spring. We agreed with his recommendations. He was able to do the repairs in about 1/2 hr. Brian is a superb technician and we appreciated his friendliness, forthrightness, and obvious work ethic. Highly recommended.
