I used Precision because I also used your company in December of 2012, almost 11 years ago. I had 2 springs, and 1 set of operating cables put in, and was satisfied then. My technition then was Richie R. His work stood the test of time. This time my technition Bobby Sanborn was great. He called to let me know he was on his way to my home. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and solved the problem. He did a great job. I'm very satisfied.

The cable on one of our garage doors broke. I called Precision and they came to our home the next day. Steve, the Precision technician, examined both doors and recommended that we replace the cables and rollers. They were original equipment in our 16 year old home. We agreed, and within an hour Steve did an outstanding job in replacing our cables and rollers. Precision Garage Doors did a great job for us at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!
