I called Precision Garage Door in the morning because both garage door motors weren’t working. By early afternoon, Jay from Precision came to the house, examined the equipment and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Jay installed new motors, replaced various parts and quickly got everything working. The doors now operate so quietly. I’m very pleased with the work Jay did and as a result highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Michael came to my house on monday to check my key pad not working .. my husband was home , he said nothing is wrong , works fine , when i came home tuesday nite couldnt get in … tried more then once husband had to come down an open for me..wasted $99

Brian did a superb job. He called me to give me an approximate time he would arrive as he was nearby. He was on time. I explained the problems I noted with the garage door, he explained possibilities for fixing them. He gave an inspection and added another item needing replacement. With the coupon from the website, he efficiently completed the job and payment with my credit card. Brian recommended an annual checkup for the doors. It was a joy to work with Brian, and I would highly recommend Precision and Brian to anyone that needs help with their garage doors.

Wonderful prompt service. Called yesterday with my garage problem and I got an appointment for the next day. Serviceman called 15-20 minutes prior to arrival and in no time he replaced my garage door keypad. I have used Precision Garage Door service for several years and will continue to use them.

My garage door came off the track at 7 pm and Jay was at my home by 8:45 pm. Just arriving so fast was amazing but he repaired my door so quickly and double checked it and lubed it so it would work even smoother.
