Excellent service. Called Precision to replace garage door spring which was under warranty. Gentleman phoned before arrive, evaluated the situation & replaces the spring. Easy enough. Would highly recommend. Both the installation of my garage door yrs ago & todays service were outstanding. Thank you.

Called on a Monday and they came Wednesday morning. Bobby was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed new belt drive motor, cables, rollers, sensors and opener. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left and explained how everything worked, WiFi etc.

The guy who did the final installation (3 weeks ahead of schedule, BTW) was also friendly and efficient. Overall an A+ Job. Highly recommend

Tom was quick and professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed possible reasons for the hinge breakage. I requested replacement of the hinge on the other side as well. It was less but also “off kilter”. Thank you Tom.
