I had new garage doors installed last year and Precision did a great job. Friendly and competent technicians. Just had an unexpected problem with one of the cables that required an adjustment. Called for service and had a tech there within a few hours. Also had another minor adjustment needed early on. Great customer service! Had me up and running very quickly. Customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend Precision. Christina in the office is also very friendly and responsive. Great crew overall

Precision was great getting me same day service for broken springs; Steve was great, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in completing the repair. Definitely would recommend this company; they call and update you with arrival times. Steve came back for a minor adjustment that was needed promptly.
