The technician was excellent. He came within the scheduled time window and completed the repair quickly, cleanly and correctly. I would definitely call them again. But, you pay for it. The repair cost double what I paid for the same repair 7 years ago. I’d expect it to cost more 7 years later and I don’t mind paying more for fast reliable service with a warranty, but double seems a bit much. Price is the only reason I knocked off a star. If you don’t mind paying premium for piece of mind, they are worth it.

It was so refreshing having a service member like Tom help us fix our garage door key pad. He was professional, knowledgeable and understanding with our frustration trying to reset our key pad. Tom took care of us, and I felt very comfortable and happy with his service. I highly recommend Precision with all your garage needs! Extremely professional company that takes pride in their work!

I had a situation where cables snapped on my automatic garage door and I was unable to get my car out of the garage. Needless to say I was in a blind. Garage door repair services will not give a repair quote over the phone as they say that they have to see the job first and each service charges a service charge so unless you shell out money for service charges to get multiple estimates you are basically stuck with one company and you can only hope you called the right one. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in my local area. When I googled garage door repairs this service came up and they had a very informative website so I called for service. Their tech determined that I needed new cables, springs & pulleys & the repairs were completed very quickly in 35 minutes. When I got their bill I went into total shock. For a 35 minute repair & replacement of springs, pulleys & cables I feel that I was ripped off with a charge of $729.32. I immediately checked their pricing and found out according to Home Advisor that based upon reports from 34,085 Home Advisor members that the average range of garage door repair costs including parts & labor is between $147. to $341. I next checked with Home Guide wherein it is reported that the average garage door repair costs are from $120. to $290. including all parts & labor. The cost of a new garage door opener with motor, parts & labor to install would have been significantly lower than their repair cost. This Company appears to be shockingly high priced and overpriced in my estimation. Although the repair was done and done so very quickly it is not worth this exorbitant charge and I would not recommend this company to anyone who is concerned about repair costs.

Great service! A friend used Precision & recommended them. When l called l got an appointment for the next day. Tom Bird, the technician, was friendly & explained what needed to be done to fix my garage door. He explained my options clearly & thoroughly. The repair took approximately an hour. When l asked him to check my other door (that was working) for any potential problems he did with no extra charge. He lubricated the door & explained where potential problems were. I felt that he was honest & not looking to up sell me on unnecessary services. My repairs even have a 10 year warranty!! It was a pleasure doing business with Precision Garage Doors. I definitely recommend them!! Thank you Tom & Precision!!

I came home today and saw both of my garage doors completed it's amazing how Tony does this all by himself I am so happy my wife is so happy this job is professionally done I do not know how much to thank him I was not at home at the time when it was installed my niece was there but I wish I was there he is very professional and we are very very very pleased with the installation that was done words cannot explain Tony thank you so much job well done we love it.

Don was very friendly and did a good job with the service call. Would be a better service from the company in 2020 to have the technology to show visually what the projected doors could look like by taking photos of the current and using the software to show what the future can be. In today’s environment what distinguishes a company is the ability to be savvy and not behind major competitors. My other two quotes gave me the proposed look within minutes and even before they left. I wanted this to be constructive and not critical. You need to upgrade your technology

Wow! We first met Don when he came to our house within half an hour since our call. Great guy! Very knowledgeable & pleasant. Wonderful start for a business enterprise. We love the new garage doors & their openers that you technician installed for us. Mike Belling (I think I got his name correct) was very prompt, efficient & courteous. Mike was very patient with me as he explained the doors working capabilities & qualities. I also found Mike to be engaging & intelligent while still using great common sense. I will certainly recommend your doors, your service and your talented people.

Great bunch of people. Called for a repair of the lift cable and springs. They honored the warranty and only charged me for the new parts. Called them in the morning and Tom was on site with in a couple hours. Very professional and understanding. Outstanding service and cost is good as well.
