Great company! Today was the first time I used their service and can’t say enough good things about them. I couldn’t open my garage to get my car out due to broken torsion spring. I called at 8:00 am and by 11:00 am their very excellent technician Brian was working on my problem. Precision honors their warranty without hassle! I had all new springs, cables, pulleys, and rollers installed 4 years ago and was given a 10-year warranty on all parts. 4 years later, one of the springs broke. Brian came out with a helper in training to perform the service. I showed him my receipt and the broken spring - as well as the cable that got some damage when the spring broke. They got right to work replacing both springs and the damaged cable. I just had to pay the $89 service fee and I feel like I got a door hardware "refresh". After the 10-year warranty is up I will not hesitate to call Precision should the door fail - even though I now have the Precision "green" springs and they look like they will last a very long time. Also wanted to mention that when I called for service (on a Sunday) not only did I get live person to talk to, they were willing to come out the next day. I did get a call that Monday notifying me that the original tech was running late due to a tech calling out sick, so I rescheduled to another day. Employees were polite and professional - both on the phone and the techs that came out to do the work.
