The only professional in your company is the Tech that came and repair my garage door. I waited for five hours no one from your company call to tell me the tech will be late. I had to call your office after waiting four hours. I will never recommend your company and I live in a complex where there is 700 house.

When I had a problem with my garage door 2 years ago, I used your services and was impressed with the professionlism, knowledge, and quality of service provided by the technician and company. Sunday, I had a major problem with my garage door and immediately thought of your company. I called on Sunday later in the day, thinking I would have to leave a voice message, but lo and behold a live person answered my call. The technician arrived Monday morning and once again I was not disappointed. The technician was very professional, answered my questions, and fixed the problem in an efficient manner. I certainly recommend your company anytime.

Needed a slight adjustment on one of a three-door install of about a month ago. Brian was able to stop by one day after I called. Making appointment for service was easy, customer service Reps were very accommodating.The Service Tech called before arriving and was very professional and explained everything from repair to finial cost. Precision made my first replacement garage door approx 15 years ago was good then service is even better now.

This was the first time I used Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule with a Saturday appointment at a time convenient for me. Cody was the technician assigned. He called to advise when he was coming and arrived on time. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He looked over the problem, advised what the remedy would be, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I would use them again.

Tony did an awesome job back in April installing new doors and we couldn't be happier with the product and installation. Just recently, the sensor on one bay got glitchy (somebody may have knocked into it ;-) - Cory came out and fixed it in no time and even helped reset/re-program the outside key pad I was struggling with. You guys a re GREAT!

Definitely beyond 5 stars !!! So glad we went with Precision on purchasing new single garage door and opener. Received a quote from Cody who was very prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Kudos Cody !!! Within two weeks as promised we had Bruce come out to take down old door and opener. He was also prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would check in with me to let me know what they were doing every step of the way and how long it would take. Work was done promptly and professionally. Kudos to you too Bruce !!! Precision is how every company should operate. Highly recommend using this company :-)
