After 17 years, things started giving out on my garage door (originally done by Overhead garage Door). It very noisily went down, and when I looked there was a cable hanging down from the side. After spending time trying to figure out where it came from, I called Precision. They were able to come out within hours, had all the needed parts on the truck. They replaced cables, springs, and all the wheels. It's so quiet, you'd think it wasn't working. They were done in about an hour. Very happy customer

This whole process went smoother than I could have ever imagine. Kevin called to tell me he was on his way, which is not normal in today's world. He came and I asked a few questions which he was happy to answer. A few hours later the job was done and you didn't not know he was there. All the old parts were gone. This is one top notch company. The entire garage door system was replaced. Door, Springs, railings and the door opener. Thank you big time.

Bracket holding springs to wall became loose. Brandon saw the problem and replaced the old springs and added reinforcement. He was very courteous and professional and checked the unit for proper operation. I was very impressed with the service.

Cody was prompt, friendly, and highly professional. He completely explained what was needed, offering 2 options for repairs as well as noting hidden prices. The current ValPak coupon was accepted without needing to find it, even though we did eventually pull it up on our smartphones. Garage door works much better now with all the new parts. I had spoken to a few people that had used Precision and they all had the same positive feedback. Glad to know you guys live up to your reputation for excellent service.
