Many of the websites I searched for on the internet for garage door service looked like an actual company garage door company site many turned out to be a referral service to other companies. The technician sent to replace my broken spring, Brian, did an excellent job. Being curious, I asked a number of questions as I watched him work. Brian answered all my questions and did not seem to mind me watching him and inquiring about what he was doing. My only negative comment was that the overall cost seemed a little high. But, I did not shop around, so I do not really know if the Precision price was competitive or not. What I do know, one day after the work, was that Brian did the job professionally and the work appears to be first rate.

Jim arrived within the 4 hour window and we began discussing my options regarding my needing a new garage door opener. After telling me it would cost more for a new opener and door replacement parts, we decided on a package deal offer that included a new door, parts and opener for a better price. I opted to go with the package deal, so Jim went ahead and placed the order and said when the order arrives at the shop, I will be contacted to set up an installation appointment. I was very satisfied with Jim's knowledge and his willingness to make me the best offer instead of just going ahead and replacing parts piece meal for more money.
