The Tech Brandon that came to the house to measure, review and provide an estimate was vet professional, on time, polite and thorough. At the time of intallation, the second tech Tony was on time if not a tad early, knowledgeable, neat and professional. From the person who answered my initial phone call to the technician who repaired the door less than two hours later, I received courteous, informative - to include an accurate estimate - and expert service. First of all I love the word precision that's what got my attention and made me choose your company.. I must say I had a SMALL problem with something that was installed and was not happy and notified precision. They got back to me within hours and also promised to correct it as soon as the part comes in and gave me a credit. Now that's doing good business so I highly recommend this company to all. Called for service on Saturday for a broken spring. I was advised that unable to respond until Monday given a time slot. Well before time spot advised by tech he was on his way. Tech inspected door and replaced damaged parts. Made sure all was in working order before I made payment. Very happy with service and will use again.

I have used Precision before so when the rusty spring broke on my garage door I didn't hesitate to call them. I was also under a very tight time frame because the spring broke at 1:00 p.m with the motorized garage door 75% open and I had to leave to pick up my 7 year old granddaughter from school by 2:45. Brian showed up at my house at 1:45 saw what needed to be done and the garage door was fixed by 2:30. Needless to say a major crisis was diverted!! I highly recommend this company. They are always punctual, professional, polite, and know their business!

We had Brandon Higgins as our tech. He replaced the springs and bearings (not quite sure?) on our garage door. He was absolutely wonderful! I felt that he was very friendly and trustworthy. Based on this experience I would most certainly use your company again, 100%! I give the experience 5 out of 5 stars. Excellent!
