I called at 8:15 am needing to replace the trolley on my garage door. The technician arrived by 9:30 am that morning to make the repair. I had Precision install my garage door 4 years ago and they did a beautiful job at a fair price. So how long would you expect a brand new, higher end, professionally installed garage door to last? 15 years? 20 years? Maybe 25 years? Apparently the answer is 4 years. The expensive door I had installed failed after 49 months at a repair cost over $700 after discounts. Is that Precision's fault? Probably not. They are all super nice, respond quickly, and do beautiful work. Unfortunately everything is garbage today. It would be nice if they stood behind the products they install more than 3 years on a product that should last 25. 1 star for the crappy door they installed 5 stars for the staff at Precision

Joe Yazal did an exceptional job replacing the springs, cables wires and rollers on my garage door opener. He had to make many adjustments to make his new parts fit onto my old door. He went above and beyond to make the parts fit.

My garage door spring snapped in half making the door useless. The automatic door opener would get it and few inches off the ground then started beeping and brought it back down. The online reviews brought me to Precision and I'm glad they did. 30 minutes from my phone call, a technician was at my house. He examined the door and made recommendations. Given the age of the door hardware and obvious wear, I decided to do more than just replace the spring even though the installer said it was viable to just do that. The work was handled professionally and the installer was both patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to pick any specific solution, I was just provided with the information including cost and what the benefits and downside of each. End of the day I'll definitely use them again if needed and would confidently recommend them to friends and family.
