The cable on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday night around 8 PM. I could not believe when I called precision door that someone actually answered the phone. My remote was not working on my garage door and I felt that I needed a service on the door as I am a new homeowner here and did not think that the previous owner kept up with service. Needless to say, Jay was courteous and informative. He explained everything, I did need a new remote and opted for a new outside panel as well. My garage door was squeaking for the last 3-4 months i had lubricated the rollers and everything else Bob from precision came out listen to the door open and close thought he knew where it was coming from and lubricated a bearing on the roller Silence, so he informed me that there were metal shaving which he showed me ( bearing breaking down) , recommended changing the bearing spring and rollers. Garage door is silence as can be . Did a great job
