I called around 8:30 in the morning. Steve showed up a few hours later. Couldn't believe the response time on a Saturday. Anyway , replaced the 4 springs and wire cables, really fast and and tested the safety stops. Well worth the it and and, very professional. The guy new his stuff. Thanks'

Bobby was at my house for two other big jobs in the last year. Made a call to the office on Thursday 12/19/2024 at 1 pm. The very friendly lady listened to my concerns and said Bobby will be out to my house the next day between 11am to 2pm. Bobby called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. Bobby changed the sensor which was not working properly. He is an amazing friendly young gentleman who always does the job correctly. Precision Garage door service did an outstanding job. When I called them to have my garage door spring replaced the technician were here the following day. The technician, Bobby Sanborn was very professional and courteous, he worked quickly and also noticed that my garage door cables were beginning to fray. My garage door spring broke this morning. It’s a double door so it took three of us to get it up so we could get the car out. I called you all, and within five minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of the same day. The tech that came, Mike was professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do. Gave me a quote, started the job, and within an hour he was finished. excellent service. I would highly recommend your company. I found your company by asking other persons in my neighborhood, whom I should use, and they all said Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks!!!

I was unable to open my garage door and called Precision and they sent someone out right away...so surprised at the quick service! He fixed the door and noticed my sensor light was not working, so fixed that as well. Very courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!!

Steve Posner did an excellent job. I had purchased two garage door remotes and while trying to program them, they wiped out the programming in the opener mechanism, and the other remotes that had been working no longer worked. Steve reprogrammed (using the Learn button) my other remotes. I now have several working remotes. All along the process, Steve explained what happened and explained what he was doing. He gave excellent service.

Excellent experience. Setting up an appointment was easy. Called in the afternoon and Precision could have come out next day if I wanted it. Technician arrived timely. Brian was knowledgeable and took the time to explain options; including what were the necessary fixes and those that were optional. And outlined the cost associated with each item/step in the process. Repairs included: new springs, cables, rollers, safety cable, adjustment to garage door opener and insulation replacement. When done with the repairs garage door worked like it was brand new. Highly recommend. Five stars.

After doing a small repair, the service person promised a 5 year warranty but failed to provide a receipt saying specifically “5 year Warranty”! I’ve been repeatedly asking for that receipt with the five year warranty on it. I’ve received three duplicate receipts, saying nothing about a five year warranty. The office staff and the installer have been passing. The book back-and-forth To me, This is unacceptable.

It was such a relief to have our door fixed on a freezing Saturday on short notice.
