After 18 years with a different company and a lack of responsiveness, I decided to Precision. They were totally responsive, arrived when they were supposed to, and perform the duties that they were assigned. The tech that was sent was confident, competent and personable. Called Precision Door at 730pm and was able to schedule repair service for the malfunctioning garage door for the very next morning. CJ came out, assessed the issue, recommended some additional repairs and performed a full replacement of the mechanical components. Precision garage door service gave me excellent service today. The technician Steve called prior to arriving, allowing me time to secure my pets. Steve arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. Steve was a professional, taking the time to explain to me the reason I was having the issue with the garage door. Steve gave me options for the repair and afterwards fixed the problem.
