I called precision because the belt had broken on my garage door. They came and charged me 98.00 plus tax The looked at my doors and wrote up an estimate for close to 3000 dollars. This is an outrageous amount. I told Steve that it was much more then I wanted to spend. The bill was itemized and everything was nickel and dimed. Ie. 20$ for light bulbs. Many things that I did not need. I called another company and I am very satisfied with the other company. I am angry with precision I lost over 100$ for nothing and I feel their company is a rip off. If you want to spend lots of money when you should use them otherwise call another company

Highly recommend! I couldn’t be happier with the service! They really care. I called around noon with a keypad problem and talked to an actual “live person” who went above and beyond to help. The main spring of my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they responded immediately. The service person, A J Kok, looked over the problem and suggested a few options. In about 45 minutes the main spring assembly was removed and replaced. The garage door works better than it ever has A. J. was very courteous and professional AND an extremely NICE guy!
