Brian came to my home to fix my garage doors which had a wide gap on the sides when closed and the cold air was coming into the garage making it difficult to keep warm. Not only was he very professional and polite, he fixed the gap on the sides and now my garage is staying much warmer....no more heat loss. Way too expensive. They force you to change everything rather than just one part. Changing 4 pulley would have coated $450.

I had new garage doors installed last year and Precision did a great job. Friendly and competent technicians. Just had an unexpected problem with one of the cables that required an adjustment. Called for service and had a tech there within a few hours. Also had another minor adjustment needed early on. Great customer service! Had me up and running very quickly. Customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend Precision. Christina in the office is also very friendly and responsive. Great crew overall
