I used Precision to fix my garage door opener because I used them to do the original installation. The repairman arrived in the time window I was told and he had my garage door opener repaired unless than an hour! Wonderful!!

Had three things I needed to be checked out the garage door remotes didn’t open open, get the outside entry pad working and also the red cord your pool when the door is closed and you lose electricity didn’t work. Seems none of the remotes would work because something is broken on the main unit and would need a whole new motor which is going to be over $600 OK my choice not to do that. what bothers me is the fact the tech had no idea why the cord wouldn’t work to open the door when the electric was off and had no answer about fixing it. So for $94 nothing was accomplished. The man who came was very nice, polite have no problems with him just his lack of ability to fix that last problem.

Tom Bird did a great job in most expeditious way as we had problems with our outside key pad and faulty in car garage door opener switch. Pleasently pleased by the way he handled entire fixing. I strongly recommend precision for all garage door works...
