My motor broke the chain sprocket as I was attempting to leave. After calling two other companies and getting their voice mail I called Precision. The very polite and professional scheduler immediately understood my problem and scheduled the service for that very afternoon. Cody the service person called to let me know he was on his way. After evaluating the problem he replaced the motor and lift system within one hour. That night I received a return call from only one of the other companies I called. Precision may not be the cheapest but it’s the old saying, you get what you pay for! I highly recommend this company.

Overall-Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable!!! I called about 2:30 pm on Wednesday to advise our garage door was broken. They Scheduled me for the next day (between 1-4pm). I received a courtesy call about 3:30 alerting me that Brian was running late and it would be at least 5:00. Brian arrived at about 5:30. He explained what was wrong with the door, and gave an estimate range explaining what needed to be replaced, along with recommendations of additional repairs (only 1 spring was broken but he recommended replacing both which I agreed). He explained what he was doing as he worked. He did not rush even though it was late. He did a complete evaluation of the door and all working parts. He lubricated all parts. He was very thorough and we were very satisfied.

My experience with Precision was excellent. I called on Monday and they came out the very next day. Steve gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the garage door opener he explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on maintenance as well. He even climbed up there and show me how to replace the lightbulb in the garage door motor. I would highly recommend.
