A coworker recommended Precision to me and I can see why. When I call for appointment she was very helpful and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Our technician Joe call ahead of time to tell us he would be here within a half an hour. Our door is making noises he said it could last a little while longer. Nothing was dangerous. The door was still in good shape. The rollers, springs and the pulleys were old so we decide to replace them. He did excellent job and explained to my husband when he was going to do.It’s so nice to work with a company that doesn’t pressure you. I will definitely recommend Precisions to anybody that I know.

Precision has a good reputation and they lived up to their billing. I placed a call for a service for a broken spring at 12:45 pm and Steve was here by 1:45. Examined the entire situation, made recommendations, clearly explained everything, and was on his way by 3:00. I couldn’t be happier

Who knew you could have so much fun buying a new garage door opener. Brian was great at explaining all of my choices and more than patient when I consistently gave him the wrong password to register the myQ app on my iPhone. Brian is definitely a great asset to Precision!

Bobby called me when enroute to my house when 20 minutes away. When arriving he inspected my garage door system. We discussed 3 different options and what must be replaced immediately. He did not try upsell me and actually educated me on what each part is made of and the anticipated life remaining. I elected to get a complete rebuild (Springs; Cables; Pulleys; Rollers; Misc. Hardware) which included a nice discount with a 10 year warranty. He was very quick and very neat in rebuilding my garage door system. He showed me everything that he replaced and then recycled the garage door showing me how nice the system worked. He assured me if there were any issues that I should call. I felt that Bobby Sanborn is an asset to Precision Garage Door. He made me feel comfortable; like part of the family.
