I called at 8:15 am needing to replace the trolley on my garage door. The technician arrived by 9:30 am that morning to make the repair. Our garage door broke(spring snapped and we needed it fixed ASAP because my husband has mobility issues and uses the garage to enter and exit our home. Honestly I googled and the first business I called was Precision garage doors of NJ. They gave me an appointment the next day and Brian arrived in the time frame promised. He pointed out some other exiting issues with the garage door which we gave him permission to fix. In 40 minutes the job was done and now we have peace of mind with a 5 year warranty on the work Brian completed. Brian is an asset to Precision Garage Doors- courteous and professional.

Garage door springs broke and the guys came out 2 days later to fix. Joe and Seth were nice guys who showed up on time and called when they were on their way. they were done in 30 min and cleaned up after themselves. would definitely recommend.

Yesterday morning started off with opening my garage only to hear a loud pop. I thought it was a gunshot, but turned out to be a the spring on my garage. It snapped and the garage was non functional. I thought this was going to be a long process to fix. I called Precision and the lady answered and told me that a technician would be on their way. Within an hour the technician was out. Then another 45 minutes the garage was restored to be better then new. Very impressed.

We called Precision because of the great service they gave us over 12 years ago. We needed to travel on Christmas Eve and late the day before our garage door springs broke. We called many companies and Precision was the only company that answered the phone. They responded quickly and we were so appreciative! This time our only car was stuck in the garage, again for a broken spring. Precision again responded quickly. They asked appropriate questions . We called around 11:30 and they said a technician would arrive between 1 and 4. CJ was great. Knowledgeable, polite ,patient and professional. I had Precision install my garage door 4 years ago and they did a beautiful job at a fair price. So how long would you expect a brand new, higher end, professionally installed garage door to last? 15 years? 20 years? Maybe 25 years? Apparently the answer is 4 years. The expensive door I had installed failed after 49 months at a repair cost over $700 after discounts. Is that Precision's fault? Probably not. They are all super nice, respond quickly, and do beautiful work. Unfortunately everything is garbage today. It would be nice if they stood behind the products they install more than 3 years on a product that should last 25. 1 star for the crappy door they installed 5 stars for the staff at Precision
