When we experienced a problem with our garage door opener, our son-in-law recommended Precision Door. We were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Steve, our tech, called to give us his ETA and was right on schedule. He assessed the problem and offered solutions based on our needs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

The whole process was easy. The girls in the office were friendly and accommodating. They were understanding of our problem, and made an appointment for the very next day! When it came time for our appointment, CJ was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our problem. He installed new springs and bearings on our old garage door opener. He was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and wow was he thorough!! We will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors to install a new unit soon! Thank you!

Our garage door spring had broken so I called Precision and talked to Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful and told me they could have someone come to look at it that same day. The service man called and told us he was on his way. He introduced himself and told me where he was from. He assessed the problem and told me what the cost would be. We proceeded with the repair and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We now have a working garage door thanks to Brian! I would definitely recommend Precision . I called multiple companies and could not even get a call back. When I called Precision they immediately answered and the person was great and able to set me up with an appointment the same day. CJ contacted me with the time he would be here. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and explained my options for the repairs needed. He had all the parts and equipment to complete the repairs immediately. CJ did a great job and was very professional. Thank You.
