I’m a retired contractor and have used precision garage door for my customers and always received expert service. Today 7/23/24 I had a new garage door opener installed on my house and again very satisfied with the installation. I was lucky to have Brian for the install. Brian was very informative about what I needed to get the job done correctly. Again I highly recommend Brian if he’s available you will be very pleased with his workmanship.

CJ came out explained what the issue was with my garage door. He explained that I could replace the track or put in a whole new opener since the opener I already have is 24 years old. I chose to replace the whole thing. He was very professional cleaned up after himself. I would recommend precision to anyone with the garage door issue.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. I happened to come across this company through a google search, while I was searching for a company to repair my garage door. The first day I called, I spoke to a live person right away who was very professional and kind and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Initially, Mike arrived at my home to inspect the garage door and discuss repair options with me. He too was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my situation and helped me decided the best option for the repair. I ended up purchasing a new garage door, but Mike was able to temporarily repair the old garage door until the new door arrived. He was also able to work out a price that was affordable for me. It took a few weeks for the new garage door to come in, but as soon as it arrived I was able to get an appointment immediately for installation. The new garage door was installed by Henry, who did an excellent job with the installation and represented the company in a professional and skilled manner. I was very pleased with Henry's customer service and how effectively he worked to complete the installation. Precision Door is a company that can be trusted and who genuinely cares about great customer service and getting the job done right. I highly recommend this company.

This was not the first time I had Precision. Several years ago I had one of the Garage door openers repaired. I was very pleased with that repair. That's why I called this time when springs and cables and so forth broke. Technician Steve arrived and we discussed repairs not only on the broken door but also the second door. Bobby waited for 10 minutes until I arrived and got the info I needed to make a decision. Bobby installed the garage door opener, track, emitter and sensor, and wall controller in 45 minutes. No mess no fuss. Everything good.

From making the appointment to having my garage door fixed, everyone was extremely professional. I was given a window of 10 am to 1 pm, and Mike called me at 9:30 am to let me know he would be there at 10:00. Once there, Mike assessed the situation, made the repairs and left me a satisfied customer. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a garage door

I'd first used Precision about five years ago to replace a broken tension spring. When i found that the pulley wire was frayed, i came right back. Easy and fast to schedule a service visit, after describing the issue I was given a price estimate for the work and my appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The technician called ahead and arrived right in the middle of the service window I was offered. Very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work to be done after assessment. He also ran through the pricing again to make sure I was aware of how much it would cost. An hour later, all done, he again took the time to walk through the work he did, offered some tips on how to keep the doors in good working order. I paid by credit card and received the receipt by email right away. Worth every penny, will definitely use Precision again!

I found out that my garage door had a defective spring and a shaking when it opened or closed by the opener. I looked online for a professional to help me repair the door. I was pleased to find out that this company, Precision Garage Door Service could come out the same day. When I received the phone call from Steve, the professional serviceman, I was surprised how quickly I was getting serviced. When Steve started the job, I was really impressed with his expertise and speed of work. I was so impressed with the job Steve did, I asked him to do the same to the other garage door.
