When we experienced a problem with our garage door opener, our son-in-law recommended Precision Door. We were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Steve, our tech, called to give us his ETA and was right on schedule. He assessed the problem and offered solutions based on our needs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

I had Precision install my garage door 4 years ago and they did a beautiful job at a fair price. So how long would you expect a brand new, higher end, professionally installed garage door to last? 15 years? 20 years? Maybe 25 years? Apparently the answer is 4 years. The expensive door I had installed failed after 49 months at a repair cost over $700 after discounts. Is that Precision's fault? Probably not. They are all super nice, respond quickly, and do beautiful work. Unfortunately everything is garbage today. It would be nice if they stood behind the products they install more than 3 years on a product that should last 25. 1 star for the crappy door they installed 5 stars for the staff at Precision

The whole process was easy. The girls in the office were friendly and accommodating. They were understanding of our problem, and made an appointment for the very next day! When it came time for our appointment, CJ was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our problem. He installed new springs and bearings on our old garage door opener. He was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and wow was he thorough!! We will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors to install a new unit soon! Thank you!

Our garage door spring had broken so I called Precision and talked to Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful and told me they could have someone come to look at it that same day. The service man called and told us he was on his way. He introduced himself and told me where he was from. He assessed the problem and told me what the cost would be. Joe Yazal did an exceptional job replacing the springs, cables wires and rollers on my garage door opener. He had to make many adjustments to make his new parts fit onto my old door. He went above and beyond to make the parts fit.
